Simran Su, CFA

Simran joined LWC in 2025 after nine years at Wellington Management where she was a Managing Director and Relationship Manager in their Client Group. She started her career in New York City as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. Putting her analytical skills learned in banking to work and pursuing her interests in fundamental investing, she then joined Surveyor Capital (Citadel LLC) as a long/short equity analyst for a hedge fund team based in Boston. Given her desire to continue in investment management and work directly with clients, Simran joined Wellington and was responsible for some of the firm’s largest client relationships. Simran holds a BS in finance from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University and graduated at the top of her class. She is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Boston.
