Melissa Perroni

Melissa Perroni joined LWC in August 2025 and serves as Head of People. She leads the firm’s people strategy, including talent development, performance management, retention initiatives, and employee engagement. Melissa holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and is a SHRM-SCP. She is also an alumna of Chief, a leadership program focused on senior-level professional development.

Prior to joining LWC, Melissa held senior HR leadership roles within professional services firms, where she redesigned mentorship and internship programs, modernized performance review processes, and developed engagement frameworks that supported organizational growth.
