Lindsay Schmidt

Lindsay joined LWC in October 2019 and is the Head of Trust Accounting and Client Reporting. She is responsible for the oversight of all cash-based transactions such as client distributions, charitable donations, and bill payment services. Lindsay also manages the production and delivery of account statements as well as LWC’s online portal, WebLink, ensuring seamless service delivery for clients. The core focus in her role is to regularly review and improve her team’s operational processes by leveraging technology, streamlining internal controls for maximum efficiency. Lindsay also works alongside senior leadership and Trustees in identifying and resolving multifaceted operational hurdles to help drive the firm’s long-term strategic initiatives.
