Jonathan Korb, JD, LLM
Jonathan joined LWC in 1988 and serves as General Counsel and Managing Director of Tax Services. He oversees the firm’s legal, tax, and regulatory functions and advises on complex fiduciary, transactional, and structural matters. Jonathan has extensive experience in wealth transfer planning, including the tax-efficient intergenerational transfer of real estate and family-owned businesses. He holds a BBA from the University of Miami, a JD from Suffolk University Law School, and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
Throughout his tenure at LWC, Jonathan has built deep expertise in tax strategy, fiduciary law, estate planning, and regulatory compliance. His long-standing work with families and businesses has helped shape the firm’s approach to sophisticated planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.
