David Boit, CFA

David joined LWC in 2001 and served as President of the firm from 2010 through 2025. He is a graduate of Harvard College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance. Additionally, David holds a Master’s in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he worked for Sextant Group Inc. (venture capital and private equity) and for James D. Wolfensohn Inc. (corporate mergers and acquisitions) and its Moscow-based affiliate The Russian-American Investment Bank. He is a member of the CFA Society of Boston and has served as a director or trustee for a variety of charitable institutions, including the American Russian Youth Orchestra, the Community Charter School of Cambridge, the Pioneer Institute, and the Spirit of Adventure Council (BSA), among others.
