Internal Auditor/Client Accounts
The Internal Auditor is responsible for the independent oversight and monitoring of Trust Administration, Investment Analytics, Investment Operations, Client Reporting/Trust Accounting, Tax/Estates and Information Technology, to insure that these operational units adhere to policies and procedures adopted by management for the safeguarding of client assets. The Internal Auditor will also be responsible for recommending improvements to internal controls to mitigate risk of fraud involving client assets and will assist with various external audits (financial, SAS 70, SEC 206) which the Office currently undergoes. This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for the management, leadership, training and development of Investment Operations, Client Reporting and Trust Accounting. The primary goals will be to establish the overall vision, strategic direction, technical needs and coordination of the office operations. This position reports to senior management and works closely with the management team.
Controller
The Controller is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial management procedures, and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principals based financial reporting of the Office. This position reports to the Treasurer and works closely with the Trustee Leadership Committee. The mission of this key role is to ensure that the office’s financial strategies and practices and overall physical aspects of the business operation aligns with the vision and core values of the office. The Controller also manages the Finance Department of the Office.
